माता

Mother's Day is a special holiday celebrated to recognize and appreciate the selfless love, concern, and sacrifices made by moms everywhere. It's a day to give thanks to the ladies who gave birth to us, raised us, and had a significant impact on our lives. The role of a mother is multifaceted. She is not only responsible for the physical well-being of her children but also for their emotional and psychological development.  A mother is a child's first teacher, teaching them essential morals and life lessons that mold their personality and character. She gives her kids a safe, secure atmosphere in which to develop and learn, and she supports them in pursuing their goals.

A mother is just like a hollow block molder. It keeps you in tact with every little piece you form yourself. Mothers train you to become tough, so that even if they are already gone, we are able to face the storms or challenges life has to offer.

Mother's Day is now celebrated in many different kinds of ways, such as by spending time with mothers, giving them gifts, sending them cards, and preparing special meals or snacks. It's a moment to consider the significance of mothers in our lives and to show our gratitude for their care, assistance, and sacrifices. We should always cherish and appreciate our mothers for all that they do for us.

LABOR DAY

In the Philippines, Labor Day is also known as "Araw ng mga Manggagawa" and is celebrated on May 1st every year. It is a national holiday that recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of Filipino workers to the country's progress and development.

The significance of Labor Day in the Philippines dates back to the early 20th century, when Filipino workers fought for better working conditions, higher wages, and the right to organize and form labor unions. In 1903, the first Labor Day was celebrated in the Philippines as a way to honor the struggles and achievements of the labor movement.

Today, Labor Day in the Philippines is a time to pay tribute to the country's workers, especially those in the formal and informal sectors who have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness about labor issues and to advocate for the rights and welfare of workers, including fair wages, safe working conditions, and social protections.

In the Philippines, Labor Day is often marked by rallies, demonstrations, and other forms of peaceful protest organized by labor groups and workers' organizations. It is a reminder of the ongoing struggle for social justice and the need for continued advocacy and action to protect the rights and interests of Filipino workers.
